Cancellation Policy
Online Color Check Service Policy Thank you for choosing our Online Color Check service! To keep the process smooth and fair for everyone, please review our policy below: 1. Eligibility This service is available exclusively for previous clients who have completed an in-person or virtual color analysis with us. 2. Submission Guidelines You may submit up to 15 product links per session (makeup, clothing, or accessories). Please double-check your links before submitting. Invalid or broken links cannot be reviewed and will still count toward the 15-item limit. 3. Processing Time Response will be delivered within 3–5 business days from the time your completed form is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 4. Results Recommendations will be based on your personalized color palette and will indicate whether the item aligns with your best colors. This service is for guidance purposes only and does not guarantee product availability, fit, or final satisfaction with your purchase. 5. Payment & Refund Policy Full payment of $50 is required at the time of submission. No refunds will be issued once the service has been purchased, even if fewer than 15 links are submitted or if you change your mind after submission. 6. Additional Notes If you’d like to review more than 15 items, an additional session can be purchased. We reserve the right to adjust our processing times during peak periods; any delays will be communicated promptly.
