TERMS & CONDITIONS

Appointment:
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to get settled into our studio. We recommend you to show up to your appointment wearing no makeup. However, we do have a private bathroom where you will be able to remove makeup prior to the session. If so, please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure we have enough time to conduct full session.

Please refrain from wearing perfume or colognes to help maintain our drapes free of allergens.
Please allow 4 weeks from your last tanning, micro blading, or other permanent/semi-permanent color cosmetics session to ensure they do not affect the result of your analysis.
Please wear a simple tank top or t-shirt with no collar or high-necks.

SAFETY:
Our studio is located on the first floor, however there will be 3 steps to get to our studio. Please reach out to us ahead of time if you need assistance.

For the nature of our service, you will be required to remove your face mask. Our consultants may not wear face masks during the session but if you feel uncomfortable, please let us know and we will be happy to accomodate.

We operate by appointments only at our private studio. Only you and your party who booked the session together will be at the studio. We ask that only the parties receiving color analysis be present. Please let us know if you will be bringing someone.

RESCHEDULE:
We understand plans change. If so, please reach out to us within 48 hours to reschedule your appointment. Reschedule requests within 48 hours will result in an additional $50 rescheduling fee.

NO SHOW:

If you do not show up to your appointment, or reach out to us within 8 hours before your session time, or late by more than 20 minutes, you will be considered NO SHOW and charged the full price of the booked service.

We politely ask you to be mindful of our consultants' time and let us know as soon as you can :) We can be best reached via text at 716-222-3312.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. However, the session can be rescheduled for a future date or transferred to a friend.
